🔒 Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any information you provide — including name, phone number, email, address and vehicle details — is used only to communicate with you about your detailing appointment or future offers from us.
• We do not share or sell your information.
• All data is stored securely.
• You can request to have your data deleted at anytime by contacting us.

📆 Booking, Rescheduling & late cancellation Policy

All appointments are confirmed via text or email. Please ensure your contact info is accurate when booking.

We understand that things come up — but as a mobile detailing business, each time slot is valuable. To help us serve all customers fairly and efficiently, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid fees.

  •  Short notice cancellations or no-shows directly impact our business and prevent others from booking that time.

  •  More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee

  •  24–48 hours’ notice: $50 flat fee

  •  12–24 hours notice: 50% of total service price (up to $200 max)

  • Less than 12 hours notice or No-show: 100% of service total price

 If vehicle is not present or access is denied at arrival: Charged as a no-show

💳 Payment Policy

 • Payment is due immediately upon service completion.
• We accept credit/debit cards, contactless payments, or approved mobile pay methods (e.g., Cash App, Apple Pay, etc.).
• Prices are as listed — additional fees may apply for excessive soiling, pet hair, or special requests.

🌧️ Weather Policy​

Since we are a mobile service, severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, or extreme wind) may require us to reschedule for quality and safety reasons. We will notify you in advance.

🐾 Pet Hair & Biohazard Policy

Excessive pet hair, mold, vomit, blood, or biohazard materials require extra labor and may result in a surcharge. If we encounter this, you’ll be informed before service begins.

✅ Satisfaction Policy

We want you to be thrilled & satisfied. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it or offer a partial refund — depending on the case.

⚠️ Damage Waiver Clause

We want you to be thrilled & satisfied. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it or offer a partial refund — depending on the case.

BlackLion Detailing takes great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Weak, aging, or fragile components (e.g., cracked trim, loose badges, worn-out seals)
• Damage resulting from aftermarket modifications or prior poor repairs

We document the condition of the vehicle before starting. If anything is identified as fragile or high-risk, we will notify you in advance.

📍 Service Area Disclaimer

We primarily serve customers within our designated service zones.
• We reserve the right to decline service to any area — whether inside or outside our listed zones — at our sole discretion.
• If you book from outside our zone, we may cancel your appointment or apply a travel fee if we choose to proceed.
