Question 1

What do we need to get the job done?

Accepted Answer

Just a driveway or open space where we can work around the vehicle. We bring everything else — tools, machines, eco-friendly chemicals, and deliver a high-quality professional service. At this time, we ask for access to a water tap and a regular electric outlet at the location.

Question 2

How long does a typical detail take?

Accepted Answer

Most full details run 2 – 3 hours. Specialty add-ons (paint correction, ceramic coating, pet-hair removal, etc.) can extend the visit; we’ll confirm the exact timing when you book.

Question 3

How long does a Premium Full Detail take?

Accepted Answer

3 – 4 hours for sedans and smaller SUVs, up to 5 hours for large SUVs & trucks depending on condition of vehicle.

Question 4

Can you come to my workplace or apartment complex?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely— As long as the property allows mobile detailers and there’s a space for us to work. If there’s no water tap or electric outlet available, just let us know before booking so we can confirm if the location will work.

Question 5

Do I have to stay with the car the whole time?

Accepted Answer

No — you’re welcome to head inside or leave while we complete the service. Once the service is finished, we’ll send you a text so you can return, inspect the results, and collect your keys.

Question 6

What if the weather turns bad on my appointment day?

Accepted Answer

If the weather won’t allow for a proper finish, we’ll reschedule you in advance at no cost. We only proceed when conditions allow us to deliver the high-quality results your vehicle deserves.

Question 7

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, debit/credit card, Zelle or Venmo. Payment is collected at the end of service once the detail is complete and the vehicle is ready for hand-off.

Question 8

How often should I have my vehicle detailed?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a thorough detail every 4 – 6 months for daily drivers. If your vehicle spends more time outdoors or you have kids, pets, or long commutes, quarterly detailing helps protect resale value and keeps the cabin healthy.

Question 9

Will your products strip wax or ceramic coating?

Accepted Answer

No. We use pH-balanced soaps and coating-safe microfiber towels that leave existing protection untouched and shining.

Bellevue, Bothell, Edmonds, Everett, Kirkland, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Medina, Mercer Island, Mill Creek, Mt. Vernon, Mukilteo, Redmond, Seattle, Shoreline, Woodinville
